Jay DeLuca has been exposed to music all his life. His father played guitar, sang, and was the music leader at the church his family attended. His father also built a recording studio in the basement, where Jay got his start recording his band and other local acts. Taking up the drums in 2000, Jay formed a band and started playing around the New England area. Soon he focused on the engineering aspect of music, and started booking and producing local bands. After high school Jay moved to Orlando, Florida where he attended Full Sail Real World Education. In August 2007 he graduated with an Associates Degree in Recording Arts, and then moved on to obtain his Bachelors of Science in Music Business. During his education, Jay built a Pro Tools based studio in his house, became certified in Pro Tools, and has continued to develop his talents as an engineer and producer. After graduating Salutatorian from the Bachelors Degree program, Jay moved to Westfield, MA to begin interning/assisting at Zing Recording Studios.
